How to: Convert a PowerPoint 95 presentation to a word processing document.
Solution:
Click the 'Report-It' toolbar button to convert PowerPoint 95 presentations into word processing documents.
NOTE: Report-It converts PowerPoint 95 presentations into word processing documents as RTF files.
1) Open a PowerPoint 95 presentation.
2) Click 'Report-It' toolbar button.
CAUTION: Report-It has the following limitations: only titles and bullet text will appear; text added to a slide using the text tool will not convert; and the second column of a two-column slide will not convert.
3) The presentation appears in Word 95.
